NDIS speech therapy for kids
Here at Purple Carrots we welcome NDIS participants who are self managed or plan managed.
I come to you, at home or at school, and I'll work with you, your support coordinator and your child's team on the goals in their plan.
How NDIS funding works for speech therapy
NDIS participants can usually claim speech therapy under Capacity Building: Improved Daily Living. Drama groups may be claimed under Improved Daily Living or Increased Social and Community Participation, depending on the goals in your child's plan. If you're unsure, check with your plan manager or support coordinator.

Do you see NDIA-managed participants?
No. I see participants who are self-managed or plan-managed.
What does it cost?
Fees follow the NDIS national price limits: $193.99 an hour for therapy, assessment and reports, plus travel ($97 an hour and $1 per km).
What ages do you see?
Children aged 2 to 16, and older clients by arrangement.
Where do sessions happen?
At home, school, or childcare and kinder, across Preston and Melbourne's north.
How do support coordinators refer?

Can the drama program be funded through the NDIS?
